Role: Recruitment delivery consultant
Hours: Part time - 16/20 hours per week
Salary: £12.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 month contract - permanent option available
We as an agency focus on Education, Engineering and IT roles, We provide full 360 support to a number of clients across the UK., we are looking to add additional resource to our clients by expanding our resourcing team.
We are looking to grow our recruitment team and have a the successful candidate focus on delivery of resourcing. You will be expected to support our clients with direct support and also work with the senior team on specialist roles.
Ideally you would have experience with:
- Have previous 360 recruitment consultant or held a Recruiter position
- Have successful delivery against KPIs
- Can demonstrate your interests, competitiveness and determination
- Have the ability to manage time efficiently
- Have an ethical approach with quality of service in mind
Responsibilities as a Recruiter delivery consultant:
- Consistent delivery of a high calibre of candidate
- Account management
- Development of existing client relationships
- Ownership of new client accounts
- Seek out opportunities to grow accounts and gage with new potential clients.
Additional requirements:
- Must be based within the UK
- Have a full UK driving license with transport
