I am excited to be working with this client who is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Working closely with the Head of People, your role will give you the chance to continue building upon your recruitment skills whilst gaining exposure from some exceptional HR professionals! If you are a bubbly candidate craving a new challenge, this will be the role for you!

  • Play a crucial role in supporting the team's recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.
  • Successfully on board new starters to the company, ensuring all documentation is complete and process contracts and offers in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process that attracts top talent to the team.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining the company HR database and supporting the HR team with wider administration tasks too- such as payroll queries and monitoring the HR inbox for HR queries.


This role will be suitable for someone with strong administration skills and a good few years of recruitment experience under your belt! Experience recruiting in a health care setting would be most desirable.
