About Teaching Personnel's Swansea Office

Established in January 2023, our Swansea office is one of the newest Branches within Teaching Personnel. Over the past year we have grown from a team of 2 to a team of 7. A small team but a close-knit group. We are now looking to expand once again and are moving into a larger office so that we can continue to build the team and create opportunities for our more senior Recruitment Consultants.

"Team based commission" is not where the team-focused environment ends. Within Teaching Personnel's Swansea office, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, productive, and collaborative environment. Whilst the first few months of any new role can present a wide range of challenges, this is made a lot easier here with the consistent and knowledgeable support of your experienced colleagues.

Teaching Personnel have recently introduced a Market Leading Benefits system. This includes benefits ranging from Private Health Care to Gym Discount & the Opportunity to buy and sell your Holiday Allowance (as we all have different preferences!). Teaching Personnel really values their staff and places huge value on their well-being with regular mental health focused incentives taking place. As well as these individual based incentives, we also place emphasis on being more than just an Education Recruitment Agency.
