We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful Sales specialism in Birmingham. This is your chance to become part of a team that’s not just part of the industry, but leading it.

Role: Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Desk
Specialism: Sales – SaaS (Software as a Service) 

Location: Birmingham  (with blended home working and office working)

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 OTE per annum (DOE and including uncapped commission)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
Contract: Full Time Permanent

Birmingham sales is looking to further its reach to London and the South recruiting for SaaS specialists. SaaS is a cloud-based software delivery model where applications are hosted by a third-party provider and made available to users over the internet, offering flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates via different methods including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strategic business development - B2B phone sales & written sales
  • Providing exceptional service that upholds our reputation as market leaders in the SaaS sector.
