Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultation to clients and candidates, ensuring alignment with their objectives and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a recruitment consultant, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in specific markets or industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
