Recruitment Consultant, Sittingbourne

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Command Recruitment as we take the next step in a controlled period of sustainable growth. Operating across multiple sectors in our 15-year history, we have built an enviable network of clients and now require a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our office based in Sittingbourne.

Current sectors that we cover include:

  • Motor Trade
  • Accountancy and Finance
  • Financial Services
  • IT
  • Media
  • Property Industry

Recruitment experience is preferred but comparable sales experience will also be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 360-recruitment process
  • Arranging interviews
  • Candidate sourcing using several top UK job boards
  • Shortlisting candidates for vacancies
  • Sourcing new business and communicating with clients
  • Developing your own personal brand in a dynamic sales environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
  • Content with using the phone extensively
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Inclined to go the extra mile at work
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Exceptional time management skill
  • Friendly, confident, bubbly outgoing personality.
  • Driving Licence and own transport preferred

Salary and Hours

  • £40,000-£50,000 OTE
  • Basic salary negotiable dependent on experience
  • 45 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Company Pension
