Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant, based in the Liverpool area, looking for the next step in your recruitment career?

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team
  • Proactive in developing new business daily
  • Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face
  • Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk
  • Managing key accounts
  • Full accountability for your own sales
  • Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 1 year recruitment background supported with sales success
  • Ability to build and develop business relationships
  • A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
  • Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
  • A full UK driving licence
