Duties of this role will include:

This role will be responsible for establishing and growing the Data, AI and Machine Learning division in Norwich. As a 360 recruitment role, you will be responsible for business development, taking on client briefs, sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating salary and pay and offer management.

Key skills and experience:

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in recruitment and will have a proven track record with business development. We are looking for ambitious, goal-oriented, resilient individuals who thrive in a competitive environment with the ability to hit the ground running.
