THE COMPANY: Our client is a global architecture firm who are seeking a recruitment consultant on a FTC basis.
THE ROLE:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all vacancies, from meetings with hiring managers to final offer negotiations
- Utilise sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, referrals, networking events and direct sourcing
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including implementation of a “welcome pack”
THE PERSON:
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist within a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to build report with stakeholders at all levels
