This opportunity is to join a well established and friendly team environment as a Recruitment Consultant working in modern offices with free parking.

Working Mon-Fri 9am-5pm you will be based from Doncaster and spend each Wednesday in HQ close by with Fridays as a WFH day.

Blending sales and service with an administrator to aid your ability to maximise each and every opportunity, you will take this hot desk to the next level. Whilst the desk is Industrial bias, they also cover skilled/semi skilled and O&P roles. As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will delivery the best temporary candidates into each role with a successful ratio to be proud of. Your target clients are small-medium sized clients and account where long term relationships can be gained. Its building a reliable and trusted network that is key to your success here.

Ongoing support, training and leadership in terms of management support and guidance is, of course, on hand. You will be well remunerated up to £30k on the basic salary plus bonus and benefits.

The Role includes.
• New Business Development, both face-to-face and on the telephone
• Account management of existing clients
• Interviewing candidates and matching skills to roles
• Working with a bespoke CRM system
• Taking detailed job specifications from clients
• Creating and updating job advertisements
