Job Title – Senior Consultant

Salary - £25,000 base salary

Department– Accountancy & Finance / Technology

Location – Maidenhead

Hours of work – Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm

Hybrid – Friday work from home

Your job as a Senior Consultant

As Consultant, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new business relationships, landing and expanding on existing client relationships and attracting marketing leading candidates and matching them to both temporary and permanent positions. You’ll work with clients on a Consultative basis, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

Main Duties & Key Tasks:

• Sourcing the best talent for live vacancies
• Business Development of clients across the United Kingdom
• Cross selling for other divisions
• Expanding business relationships with current clients
• Advertising and marketing of job vacancies
• Taking candidate references
• Scheduling interviews
