Recruitment Consultant - Office based Role

· Should be based within realistic commute to Dudley.

· Salary £25-30K Plus uncapped commission

· A driving license and full access to a car is desirable.

What do we need ?

We are currently looking for a self-starter to join our Team, as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the talent acquisition of a variety of high profile and senior roles with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

The role will be to build a desk of quality talent covering the UK area. This is an amazing opportunity with a huge potential and an untapped target audience.

We are open to experience/ background however, demonstrable customer service / client exposure is preferred.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing personal business plans to achieve.
• Creating, maintaining and expanding your client base within the desired market sector/ space.
• Fully interviewing candidates to ensure you can take them to market and win the business.
• Following market trends and developments and translating these into market strategy and sales methods
