Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced temp and perm recruitment consultant seeking an improved workplace and /or life-work balance? Time to join a rewarding, friendly and supportive team environment? Based in Huddersfield you will become the 4th member of staff with a 'lead by example’ and positive Branch Manager and Resourcer/Admin to help you maximise your own desk. You will develop business in the local area (Huddersfield, Halifax/Elland and surrounding) across temp and permanent recruitment solutions, blue and white collar.

To be considered you should already know processes, legislation and be sales driven. You must drive and have your own vehicle for visits. Driven to succeed with a calm, friendly and approachable personality. Helping colleagues by cross selling - as they will for you, you will all pull together to ensure a positive work environment is enjoyed and team fit is achieved.

Parking is provided within a 5 min walk of the office and basic salary is up to £30k DOE plus bonus and benefits. Candidated MUST come from an agency setting to be considered.
