Due to an exciting period of growth, Hamilton Mayday are currently recruiting for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our branch based between our offices in Coventry. This role is both temp and perm and some experience of either specialism within the Hospitality and Catering market is desirable.

Our team specialises in the placement of temporary and permanent workers across the Hospitality and Catering market. This role will be focused sales within the industries above and also new areas to target mainly in the Birmingham and Midlands areas

As the recruitment consultant you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts.

Day to day to responsibilities of the role are as follows:

*Advertising and filling vacancies
*Business development and Sales
*Account development
*Sourcing suitable candidates
*Interviewing candidates
*Administration
*Referencing
*Arranging Interviews
*Conducting client meetings
