The Role

Your primary focus will be connecting talented individuals with the right roles, and your hard work will be rewarded not only in commission but also in career progression and other benefits and incentives.
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role is:
• Full 360 recruitment
• Engaging with new and existing clients
• Exploring all recruitment opportunities
• Creating job adverts
• Making Sales Calls and conducting client meetings
• Promoting Eco-Power Recruitment and our services
• Seek candidates for job roles
• Networking and attending events

Your role will be to find and qualified candidates for your clients while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your objective will be to establish a loyal client base and position yourself as their trusted partner for business growth, assisting them in achieving their objectives.

In this role, you will oversee the entire 360 temporary recruitment process, starting from the initial screening calls with potential candidates, all the way through to successfully closing deals.
