Salary: £25,000 - £28,0000 pa depending on experience + uncapped commission 

Location: Southend-On-Sea

Reed Southend is on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our business support division. This role is ideal for those passionate about recruitment, focusing on administration, customer service, and office support staff placements. If you’re a team player with a drive for business development and delivering exceptional customer service, we want you on board.

Day to day of the role:

  • Running and growing your own desk with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Placing business support professionals into permanent positions across East London.
  • Providing unrivalled customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Managing client relationships and developing new business through various sales activities and networking.
  • Attracting candidates through effective advertisements, vetting, and screening.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, attracting new clients, and supporting branch growth.
  • Utilising the Reed.co.uk database and other tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to work effectively.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A team player who contributes to the success of the branch.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated to meet business KPIs.
  • Experienced in sales or recruitment with a track record of revenue generation.
