Location: Liverpool Street. London (Flexible work arrangement)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 pa inclusive of ILW + uncapped commission 



Reed, the UK’s most recognized recruitment brand, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Business Support team. This role offers the chance to recruit for a wide range of business support and administrative positions, from junior to senior levels. With a dynamic work arrangement, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of splitting your time between home and the office.

Day to day of the role:

  • Engage in strategic business development through B2B sales calls to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Source candidates actively seeking new roles using various methods.
  • Match candidates with both existing and new clients, arranging interviews and facilitating meetings.
  • Market Reed’s recruitment services across diverse channels to attract new business.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality service.
  • Resilience and dedication to achieving success in a competitive market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
