Due to expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR division based in Uxbridge, working a location covering the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire areas.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Finding and attracting new clients and candidates through phone calls, meetings, and marketing campaigns
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for both parties
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets and performance indicators

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong business acumen and a professional approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenges
  • The drive and determination to achieve your goals and grow your career
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills through our in-house training and L&D courses.
  • Pervious recruitment experience
