We’re a team full of passion and for 20 years we have been working with some of the best businesses and workplaces across the North West to help them build their teams.

We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to support our busy recruitment desks with resourcing candidates for some of the best accounting, finance and office support careers across the North West. This is a role in which you can build yourself a career - we will train you to work across all areas of recruitment!

As we look to expand we are looking for a driven individual who wants to learn the world of recruitment. Attitude and drive are key in the role, with full training offered on any areas that you would like to develop in. We’re also a friendly bunch and all have a real passion for what we do!

Some form of recruitment experience would be beneficial, but we will look at candidates who also have strong customer service and administrative skills who might be looking to break into recruitment. Very often it is more about having the right attitude and approach.

A day in the life of this role

Daily duties for the Recruitment Consultant will include;

  • Client relationship management
  • Calling and interviewing Candidates for jobs
  • Accurate and efficient Administration work - creating CVs to be sent to Clients
  • Arranging interviews and assisting Consultants with interview prep for candidates
  • Spotting leads and passing relevant information to Consultants
  • Creating and posting job adverts
  • Keeping the Candidate database updated at all times
  • Efficient use of Job boards for sourcing suitable candidates for jobs

In order to be great at what you do, you will need:

  • A drive and the willingness to learn
  • A good telephone manner
  • To be able to build / maintain solid working relationships
