INTRODUCTION

We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, due to the continued growth and expansion of the company. We’re more focused on attitude than experience, so are open to bringing in someone new to recruitment with a keenness to learn and develop, as much as we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to continue their career within a fresh environment.

ABOUT HANTO RECRUITMENT

We are an independent recruitment agency that services clients across the UK with Permanent, Contract, and Temporary recruitment. As an independent agency we are proud of our high standards, which we apply to all aspects of our business; from clients and candidates, through to the standards that we hold ourselves to. We value honesty, integrity, and a genuine people-centric approach; working with candidates and clients that hold similar values to ourselves, creating relationships and long-lasting partnerships. We foster an environment where open communication is expected, both with clients and candidates, but also within our team - continued questions, development, knowledge of how to progress professionally, increase earnings, etc are regular within our day-to-day.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be working on Permanent job vacancies across the UK. You will be given full training, continued support, and guidance, working within a team-focused environment.
