Package: £26K - £30K Basic Salary (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2) (80K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Business development, outbound calling to generate new business
• Account management of new client wins and building a client base
• Generating and attending client visits
• Advertising vacancies
• Resourcing candidates
• Managing the end to end recruitment process

The Requirements:

• B2B sales experience OR minimum 6 months recruitment experience
