RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - IMMEDIATE STARTERS

Location: City of London

Salary: £25K basic + OTE £45,000 year 1

Role and Responsibilities: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, contributing to the growth of our client base and candidate network. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with experienced consultants to understand client needs and job requirements.
• Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Assisting in the coordination of interviews, job offers, and negotiations.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and market insights to provide valuable input to clients and candidates.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred but not essential).
