Reed Business Support, a dynamic and high-performing specialist division, is expanding its Southend team. We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on a multi-site recruitment role, engaging with clients and candidates across Southend, Rayleigh, Basildon, Thurrock, and surrounding areas. This is a chance to join an established team within a thriving client area, specialising in support staff recruitment for various sectors.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Learn the candidate market and sector intricacies.
  • Rapidly progress to business development, client visits, and candidate placements in a job-driven market.
  • Develop business relationships and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Work to tight deadlines and quickly respond to candidate and client needs.
  • Collaborate with an experienced management team to support and drive business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to develop business and multitask effectively.
  • Experience in field sales, retail management, or as a small business owner is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition and enthusiasm to be a market leader.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
