One of the most established and high performing Reed specialisms continue to grow and now have an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our successful Southend team.

In order to support market demand and candidate preferences, a rewarding and high achieving opportunity has been created for a multi-site recruitment business.  Based in our Southend office, you will meet clients and candidates in Southend, Rayleigh, Basildon & Thurrock and the surrounding areas.

You will join an established and growing team within a well serviced client area, providing support staff across many areas including sales, customer service, marketing, facilities and HR. This award-winning division of Reed is a specialist arm, where salaries of roles worked start around £20k per annum and go to Senior level positions, c. £50k per annum. The management team within this region have mainly all been with the business for around 10 years each, therefore the support network is strong and the last 12 months have seen a number of fast-track promotions.

 

You will start by learning the candidate market and sector, then rapidly progress to developing business, visiting clients and placing candidates into a job driven market.  You will need to be able to successfully develop business, multi-task, work to tight deadlines and respond quickly to candidate and client requirements.
