Working a market in which there has been more investment over the past 12 months than any other, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who can focus on our Data, AI and Machine Learning desk. This desk offers huge opportunity for personal development and growth as welll as earning potential.

Duties of the role will include:

- Establishing and growing the division in Norwich

- Business development

- Taking client briefs

- Sourcing candidates

- Managing the interview process

- Negotiating salary

- Offer management

Key skills and experience:

- 3+ years i sales/recruitment

- Proven track rcord with business development
