As an Education Recruitment Consultant with TimePlan, you'll play a crucial role in connecting talented educators with rewarding opportunities in schools across the region. With our small yet dynamic team, you'll have the chance to make a real impact while enjoying a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and educators
• Sourcing and matching candidates to suitable roles
• Conducting interviews and assessments
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to both candidates and clients
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in recruitment or education is desirable but not essential
