Recruitment Consultant

We are recruiting recruitment consultants to join a friendly and expanding construction recruitment agency based in Leeds City Centre's heart.

This is a 360 role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the desk. The company will provide on-the-job and classroom-based training to give you the tools you need to succeed further.

Your Responsibilities will include:

? Advertising for roles via job boards, websites and social media.

? Interviewing and screening applicants to determine suitability.

? Selling and developing business via the phone and face-to-face.

? Completing the full recruitment cycle.

? Recruitment administration.

You will need

? Passion for the recruitment sector.

? A minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment consultant role.

? Dedication to deliver high-quality service.

? UK resident and the right to work in the UK.

? Experience working with personal and team targets.

? A great team player.
