Our client is a medium-sized recruitment specialist. They have an established team and an impressive mix of permanent and contract roles across multiple sectors. They are based in Castleford and have a strong client base across West Yorkshire. The team is small, friendly and all working towards shared goals. The office is bright and modern and they have free parking at the premises.

They wish to appoint a motivated and career-focused recruitment consultant to assist with developing their Commercial division. You will be placing candidates within office-based roles.
They are looking for a team player who holds a track record as a strong performer in the recruitment market and who is looking to develop a long-term career.

They are having a very productive year and are on the expansion path, creating openings to operate within the commercial market. You will be responsible for creating lasting client relationships with businesses across the region.

This is a 360-degree recruitment role and will include candidate attraction, advertising, skills testing, selling, business development, negotiations and visiting client premises.

If you can deliver consistent revenue and activity performance whilst being trusted to act autonomously then they will offer an excellent career path and long-term prospects.

Previous experience as a recruitment consultant is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
