Salary: Circa. £20-28K plus excellent commission (No Threshold)

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer or an experienced Sales Professional who can demonstrate B2B success whilst building strong client relationships. The role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer or an experienced salesperson, you will be used to being proactive, resilient, seeking and developing new business and creating lasting relationships with clients and candidates in the Suffolk and Essex area.

Recruitment Consultant duties will include:

• Business Development - sourcing, researching, contacting businesses and originations via telephone, email, LinkedIn etc.
• Arranging and attending client meetings, networking events, and building new business through a variety of events
• Sourcing, interviewing and meeting candidates adhering to legal compliance and company policy
• Preparing and actioning speculative candidate calls and marketing material to prospect and existing clients
• Producing creative job specifications and advertising on all job boards
• Marketing to include social media posts, engaging LinkedIn posts and campaigns
• Building outstanding relationships with clients and candidates
• Attending HR Forums, representing the company at every level
• Good understanding of computer systems/CRM’s
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• A hunger to succeed!
