Recruitment Consultant - Moseley, Birmingham

Up to £22000-£25000 + OTE + Training + Benefits

Recruitment Consultancy based in the heart of Moseley; Birmingham is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work on an existing patch within the environmental sector. Established 20 years ago, they have grown to be the market leader in their field and are looking to add to their sales team. The clients are UK and multi-million-pound organisations

The successful Recruitment Consultant will have the following:

• A strong academic background ideally with 6-12 months sales, customer service or recruitment experience.
• Be happy working in a targeted sales environment.
• Ability to work in an office-based environment (1 day work from home).
• Ideally a full driving license or have easy access to Moseley.

The Recruitment Consultant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to manage/maintain existing client partnerships and the desire to work towards monthly sales targets to take full advantage of a 30% commission scheme.
