AJ Chambers is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join, in our Legal business support area.

We are an award-winning and ambitious specialist recruitment group, looking to grow, due to recent success. You’ll have a particular focus on placing legal support professionals within the HR, marketing, business development and event space.

The role:

  • Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone, email, or other
  • Creating job adverts to post on various platforms, shortlisting potential candidates for live roles and keeping our CRM system up to date
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients within your sector, taking full ownership of developing key accounts and senior relationships
  • Arranging interviews on behalf of the candidate and client
  • Meeting candidates and clients face to face

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent experience in recruitment or sales
  • Strong knowledge of accountancy or law
  • Be eager to learn and progress
