Pertemps Manchester have an exciting opportunity for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Trafford Park Village, overseeing the office and professional services desk focussing on placing candidates into Admin, Customer Service and Sales roles.

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, who thrives in a fast-paced working environment and is keen for professional growth and development. This candidate will be joining a successful team who will be incrementally increasing headcount over the next 6 - 12 months.

This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to take their first steps into the recruitment industry with no prior recruitment experience needed, with the assurance of 16-weeks supportive, industry recognised training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to become a brilliant recruitment consultant.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities.
  • Advertise roles by posting jobs onto job boards and social media sites.
  • Manage multiple open job vacancies at the same time.
  • Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to determine suitability.
  • Attend visits to client sites to gain valuable insights into how their business works.
  • Direct sales activity such as calls, email marketing campaigns and networking events.

  • Base salary of between £25,000-£28,000 based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme with the ability to earn up to 30% on billings.
