Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the accountancy and finance sector - although not essential, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber candidates with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the accountancy and finance industry.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, business culture, and long-term goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent within the accountancy and finance sector.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present well-matched candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and potential contributions.

Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in the accountancy and finance sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and market benchmarks.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
  • Cultivate a strong network of candidates and clients to enhance the recruitment process.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Set and achieve recruitment targets, such as candidate placements and revenue goals.
  • Regularly update and maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, accountancy and finance sector experience desired but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
