Hours: 35-hour week
Working week: Monday - Friday; 9am - 6:00pm x2 days & 11am - 8pm x2 days
4-day-week: Available after a 3-month period (31.5-hour week, 08:30-5:30pm)

Responsibilities and Duties:
This role is working in our USA division, which is currently being run from our UK office.
A Recruitment Consultant is responsible for finding the best candidates for their client’s vacancies and the reversal of securing the best position for their candidates. Recruitment Consultants are also responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying, and securing new clients and attracting new talent to the business.
· Ability to negotiate favourable contracts between the recruitment agency, employers and employees.
· Knowledge of industry specific vacancy websites and the best places to post job advertisements.
· Ability to source new business leads before developing opportunities.
· Ability to sell the benefits of a company or vacancy to a potential applicant.
· Ability to sell the skills and expertise of a candidate to a potential employer.
· Ability to use GVC database, including spreadsheets.
· Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
· Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference.
· Matching potential candidates to our clients’ requirements.
· Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates.
· Cold calling companies to promote the services that GVC can provide.
· Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities.
· Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions.
Individual Expectations:
· Work towards achieving and exceeding your monthly GP target.
· Offering the highest levels of customer service to our customers.
· Making a high number of outbound contacts on a daily basis to perspective clients and candidates. In the region of 60-100 outbound calls.
- Building lasting relationships with your client base. Offering an unrivalled quality recruitment service to promote repeat business.
· Create your individual brand within GVC and be seen as an industry leader.
· Set and exceed the KPIs we have agreed upon.
· Always demonstrate professionalism and conduct yourself as an ambassador of the company.
· Offer advice and support to your colleagues to help them develop and be available to answer questions.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Commission structure: To be discussed at first stage interview, up to 25%.
1stYear OTE: circa £40k - £60k (uncapped).
2ndYear OTE: circa £70k - £100k (uncapped).
Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, plus birthday off (34 total).
Company Pension: 8% contribution (5% employee and 3% employer).
4-day-week:Available after a 3-months of employment.

Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
