Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Nursing, AHP/HSS, Doctor and Theatre teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for placement with NHS and Private Healthcare providers
- Building strong relationships with candidates ensuring collaborative working to enable prompt bookings
- Providing the highest level of customer service and deliver quality candidate and client experience
- Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions (Compliance, IT, Accounts, Payroll, Business Development)
- Establishing partnership working with key stakeholders to ensure provision of staffing to fill vacancies
- Maintaining own pool of locums/workers carrying out regular communication and continually improve your knowledge on their roles and vocations

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’re the vital link between Recruitment Consultants, clients and candidates, you will be carrying out resourcing, advert writing, ad-hoc administration and utilising MedicsPro client relationship management system.
