Reed Glasgow is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team, specialising in temporary recruitment in the Business Support recruitment. Here are the key details about this exciting opportunity:

  • Office Location: Glasgow (Please note that we offer hybrid working – a mix of work from home and office throughout the week.)
  • Sectors Targeted: As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on a diverse range of sectors, including FMCG, Property, Charities, Business Services, and more.
  • Roles Specialised In: You’ll handle roles such as Administrators, PA’s, Office Managers, Project Managers, and Sales candidates.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively reach out to clients to win new business, building a strong network of clients and candidates. Effective client relationship-building will involve phone calls, emails, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
  • Candidate Attraction: Develop a pipeline of relevant candidates for your desk using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and the Reed database.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Match candidates to suitable roles, present their CVs to clients, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process.
  • Marketing: Advertise job opportunities and build a strong brand presence on LinkedIn.
  • Administration: Handle all administrative tasks related to your desk, including compliance checks for candidates
