Recruitment Consultant - Education sector - Southampton

Academics are recruiting!!!

We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Hampshire team based in Ocean Village, Southampton. We are seeking a driven and dynamic recruiter who is looking for a new role which will offer them the freedom to develop their own career.

We have opportunities in the branch to take over and grow an existing desk, as well as an exciting chance for someone with a love of business development to start up a new desk working with schools in Bournemouth and Dorset.

For the suitable Recruitment Consultant, there are amazing opportunities at Academics for growth with uncapped earnings and new branch openings in new areas of the business.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with the following:

  • Personality and drive, honesty and commitment
  • Experience of working in a recruitment OR sales environment with a proven track record of success
  • Be able to commute to Southampton and ideally drive
  • Want to earn money and be prepared to work for it
