Base salary: £27K + Uncapped commission up to 60% (£50K OTE Year 1, £70K year 2, £100K year 3)

Our client specialises within the finance space, predominantly Private Equity. They target senior to C-Suite level candidates for roles across Finance, Change and Transformation, Corporate Development, Data and Analytics and Private Capital across the UK and Europe.

Recruitment Consultant - The role:

  • Talent acquisition:?Sourcing & interviewing candidates.
  • Process management:?Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.
  • Research:?Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
  • Market intelligence:?Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.

Recruitment Consultant - Requirements

  • 12-18 months B2B sales experience
  • 2:1 degree
  • Would consider a degree educated individual with commercial experience
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Ambitious (working towards personal goals)
  • Commercially savvy
  • Financially and success driven
  • Must be competitive! Sporting background desirable
  • Great communication skills
  • Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
