Recruitment Consultant - Sales Professionals Wanted!

Package: £25K-£30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £80K OTE Year 3)

The Role

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets
• Managing your candidate database
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism
