Recruitment Consultant - Sales Experience Required

Package: £24,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission (commission up to 35%)

The Role:

• Business development and building business relationships
• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
• Negotiating and objection handling.
• Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
• Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
• Lead & referral generating.
• Learning to become an expect in your market.

Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements:

• 12 months B2B or B2C sales experience
• A strong desire to build and strengthen client relationships
• Time management and organisational skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and target driven environment
• A track record of high achievement either in or out of work
