Job Title: Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Southampton (potential to work from home 1-2 days per week after a period of training)

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business clients and prospective candidates daily
  • Use your initiative to generate new business
  • Conduct targeted business development, including outbound calls
  • Attend meetings with business clients
  • Source suitable candidates for vacancies
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Work toward targets and KPIs
