Recruitment Consultant

  • Annual Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE plus uncapped commission
  • Location: Basingstoke (potential to work from home 1-2 days per week once training has been completed)

Role Overview:

  • Develop your own client base, branching out to focus on new accounts.
  • Learn from the expertise of the Reed Basingstoke team, gaining valuable support to enhance your market standing.
  • Provide industry-leading recruitment services, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Client/customer-facing experience, sales experience, account management experience, or proven recruitment background.
  • Driven, tenacious, motivated, and ambitious.
  • Willingness to put in the hard work to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
