Recruitment Consultant – Reed Accountancy division

  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home after initial induction period)

Join our Reed team in Cambridge as a Recruitment Consultant within the Accountancy division. You will be joining an existing team of successful recruiters where your focus will be on the permanents part qualified finance professionals within the accountancy market across Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Grow new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs and develop these into long-term profitable partnerships.
  • Engage in business development and account management activities.
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Client-facing, sales, account management, or similar experience is ideal.
  • Driven, motivated, and ambitious with a tenacious approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confident communication abilities.
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively.
  • Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
