RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - NATIVE FRENCH SPEAKING

Location: City of London

Salary: £28K+ DOE, Uncapped Commission

Their niches include: Energy & Utilities, Construction & Civil Engineering, Logistics, Distribution & Transportation, Industrial & Manufacturing, Consumer & Retail and Real Estate. They have a multi-faceted approach, essentially providing Exec search, Interim Management and Leadership Advisory services across EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific regions.

In the past 12 months, they’ve worked with clients in China, Australia, France, UK, Germany, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Mexico and the US. Their clients are all listed companies (FTSE 100 etc.), PE firms and infrastructure funds and they recruit Board directors, Strategy and BD, Commercial and sales, operations and maintenance, supply, legal and finance professionals. A close-knit team with under 10 heads in their London office, their values are trust, courage, accountability and agility.

The day-to-day role of a recruitment consultant includes:

• Sourcing candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn
• Taking briefs on client and candidate requirements to make informed choices in matching the two
• Preparing your candidate for interviews and taking feedback from both parties after the interview
• Delivering offers to your candidate and supporting them in deciding on the most suitable job role
• Negotiating salaries and closing the deal
