Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Temp Desk

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £24,000 - 28,000 + Commission

Location: Billericay, Essex

Noble Recruiting is an award-winning recruitment consultancy with a passion for recruitment. Now in its 16th year, our strong team of friendly professional consultants cover multiple sectors within the Essex & London regions.

We have just moved to larger office space in Billericay High Street and we are expanding our temporary division. We are looking for a Consultant who is passionate about recruitment, can manage a temporary workforce with a firm yet friendly service and is determined to deliver an exceptional service to our clients every time.

Main purpose of the role

To maximise the profitability of the temp desk by managing the full temporary recruitment process and temporary workers.

Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, and work as part of a passionate team to maximise our commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to Client’s requests for workers, using databases to match the right person to the client’s requirement
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, interviewing and maintaining lists of available candidates
  • Management of temporary workforce
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
  • Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
  • Management of paperwork for Candidates and Clients
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates
  • Manage, updating and developing the existing database
  • Hitting financial and activity targets in order to achieve success
  • Participating in meetings, sales days, training and coaching
