Prospero Group are looking to hire Health and Social Care Recruitment Consultant to join their established Health & Social Care team in Birmingham.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships within both Private and Public organisations whilst also growing the sector by looking at new business opportunities.

Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Meeting with clients face to face and visiting workspaces
  • Qualifying CVs and presenting the right candidates for the job.
  • Growing businesses by contacting new clients, market research, networking and using social media to market our services.
  • Building a relationship and rapport with clients

What we are looking for:

  • Recruitment Consultants with a minimum 6-month experience from any sector
  • Consultants who pride themselves on delivering a top-quality service to clients and candidates
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed!
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold themselves well when meeting with clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
