Position: Health & Social Care Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with both Private and Public organisations in the health and social care sector.
• Qualify CVs and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
• Grow business opportunities through networking, market research, and social media outreach.
• Develop rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience from any sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commitment to excellence.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
