The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team of 30 in the Glasgow Office! This exciting opportunity is to work within our professional services business. This team is a truly collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing and one that contributes significantly to the success of the wider Glasgow office and Scottish region.

As the specialist recruitment consultant operating within professional services, you can expect to work with and engage with a variety of professionals who are both candidates and clients, supported by specialist consultants working within a specific industries and a team of between 3-8 consutlants. We will provide you with more than just a job, we offer you the training and a career where you can expect to be:

Part of a team who are professional and deliver world-class recruitment solutions to our customers.
Identifying and building partnerships with both new and existing clients and candidates
Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of customers.
Partnering with new candidates and working with them to secure their career ambitions.
Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
