Responsibilities:

• Specialise in recruiting candidates within the facilities maintenance sector, including roles such as maintenance technicians and facilities managers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for client roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Actively network and engage with candidates to build a pipeline of top talent, utilising both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and placement.
