Executive Search Recruitment Consultant

£30,000 to £150,000 +OTE

Our client, a prestigious executive search firm located in Rayleigh, is seeking a results-driven Executive Search Recruitment Consultant to join their esteemed team. Responsibilities:

  • Executive Search Expertise: Specialise in sourcing and placing high-level executives for key leadership positions across various industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients, understanding their business objectives and talent requirements.
  • Candidate Identification and Assessment: Utilise advanced search techniques to identify, evaluate, and engage top-tier executive talent, ensuring an exceptional fit for both client and candidate.
  • Business Development: Drive new business initiatives, expanding the client portfolio and contributing to revenue growth within the executive search sector.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage state-of-the-art recruitment technology, tools, and resources provided by the company to enhance the executive search process.
  • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Set and surpass performance targets, showcasing a relentless commitment to success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 Year of Recruitment Experience: Proven success in recruiting for executive-level positions.
  • Money Driven: A strong desire for financial success, coupled with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets in the executive search sector.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients and candidates.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilising advanced recruitment technology and tools to enhance the executive search process.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to manage complex search assignments, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing executive search targets.
